We are so excited that you are here taking the first step toward scheduling a session at Poppy Hair Studio!

Before scheduling, please make sure to read the following:

In order to schedule your session, a card will need to be placed on file. Your card will not be charged until after you have received your service or unless you cancel past our 72-hour cancellation policy.

If you are scheduling the same service for more than one person on the same day, you will have to schedule as two separate sessions. Our booking site currently does not have the option to select a service more than once. The total cost of both services will be combined at the end of the secondary service, unless two separate forms of payment are being provided.

Upon scheduling, you will receive an acceptance or denial message either to your provided email address or cell phone number. Denials are rare, but they do happen due to unforeseen time constraints and/or circumstances. Should your session be denied you will receive an email from your service provider with a list of service providers in the surrounding area that could better accommodate your hair needs.

Blonding and Color Sessions may require more information before receiving an approval or denial. Keep an eye on your email inbox for instructions on how to provide us with more details.
